Re: Fuel Tap
Got the leaky tap fixed by using Ian's kit along with the small diaphragm for a fireblade kit. Glad that's sorted.

Re: Fuel Tap
I used one of Ian's kits and the bloody thing is still leaking. It's dripping on the floor. Ian's kit has the large diaphragm, but if the small one goes, as is my case, there is no replacenemt for it. No worries now, I used another one I have and all is well, but I would like to fix the leaky one to...

Fuel Tap
Is there a suitable replacement for the NS400R fuel tap? NOS, of course, are non-existent.

Re: DVLA tactics on postal SORN
Bloody hell...what a scam. Seems the only purpose is to steal money from honest people. Here I could send the form registered mail and they'd have to sign to receive it. Hard to say you didn't get it when I have a copy of your sgnature saying you did. I imagine they'd still nail you for 80 pounds by...

Re: Rolling Out The NS
I checked my three tanks yesterday. Only the NOS tank has the stripe misalignment. It's off by 3/4 of an inch. Kind of odd, but it's not every day you find an NOS tank still in its original box from Honda. I may leave it for this year since there are only a few weeks of riding left here. Hell, I may...

Re: Rolling Out The NS
The bodywork is all original Mark. With the original tank everything lines up perfectly. With the NOS tank, it's off. Whoever applied the decals to the NOS tank before clear coating was off just a bit. I bet that if I try my 3rd tank it's off a bit too. Not a big deal, but something I'll take care o...

Re: Rolling Out The NS
The only thing not original to that bike is the NOS tank. I have 3 tanks and will have a look to see how the alignmnet is with the others. Honestly, I hadn't really notice it. The other side seems a little better. EDIT...just found a photo with the original tank and the alignment looks perfect. Bloo...

NOS parts down here . just does not happen . dreaming . rely on europe or usa. canada :D The NOS tank I just installed was bought years ago and remained in the box until recently. Finding any NS400R parts here in North America is nearly impossible. NOS parts here do not exist. Everything I needed f...

Re: NS400R REAR INDICATORS WANTED
I was able to buy aftermarket signals that are a perfect match for the eom units. Very reasonably priced too.
