Just got the Aluminum radiator as well as the silicone hose (special made for NS400R)

I’m not the seller, my NS400R radiator was found unserviceable, I send my radiator to them to re-production.

Looks smart.

Don't forget to report back once it's fitted. :)

mark, my bike has been using one of them for years,
work well , has the advantage that you have more reserves when pushing hard,
use it with the thermostat
gravity is an extreme painful thing !

I've fitted one today to the race 444 bike, the main issue I found was that the holes in the thermostat housing were too high, around half a hole out so the housing holes needed slotting upwards.
The race bike also uses NC30 forks and I found that because the neck of the filler is higher on the alloy radiator meant that the bottom yoke was just touching the cap, this is with a restricted lock stop so may be an issue with the standard amount of steering lock.
The only other thing I noticed was that the cut out / chamfer around the left front plug was different meaning a plug socket wouldn't fit so had to get a spanner on it.
The cap that is supplied with it is a 1.1 standard is 0.9 so would take more pressure before the cap vented off into the coolant over flow tank.
The quality seems good as is the welding and will be trying it out on track this weekend.

So not quite plug & play but with a bit of work yes they will fit and well worth £120.

Cheers Ian

I was told to the manufacturer today, regarding the radiator fitting problem, after they put in effort, from the first batch, now almost plug and play, they have already sold to worldwide with no problem report, mine is testing samples, now still in use…
