enlarged comstar wheels

Hello guys,
Does anybody tried or know someone who enlarged comstar wheels on a NS ?
The only example I found is this :

They're comstar wheels too, so I think it could be possible with NS ones.

Yes, I personaly did change the rear rim for a VF1000R one. It's working good, I made special tools for desasembling the wheels. But I would like now to have a 4.50 rear and 3.50 front. Front is not a problem with the VF1000r rear rim, but 4.50 requieres a big machining/welding job I'm not able to assume. The link about CB650 shows it's possible to realise, but I wonder WHO can do that

as far as i know the cbr 500/600 wheels mearly pop in and you have 3.5 at the rear, 4.5 at rear will cause some problems at the back end?
