I'm putting my bike back together after 2 years and unfortunately I've forgotten what part this is (and where it goes). A quick search through the shop manual hasn't turned anything up. If somebody could help identify this it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

It's the rear brake light switch. It mounts just above and forward of the footrest hanger.

Hope that helps
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is.

Thank you! Much appreciated. Hopefully I'll have the NS back together and running for the first time and two years now.

Yep, brake switch. It actually mounts on the same bracket that holds the rear shock absorber adjuster.
