Hi... according to workshop manual, both rings std is 0.006 - 0.012 in, 0.15 - 0.30mm

i don't find the brand of fuel makes much difference, but since I started using super unleaded I have less trouble with gumming up. especially on my carbed bikes. The Buell was particularly suspect to pilot jet clogging up if left for a few weeks, but not happened since using super unleaded. Fuel in...

Sussed it - it is a collector for the carb overflows - my 86 NS doesn't have it - the overflows just hang down separately, but my 88 one has the overflows going into this triangular shaped collector mounted on a bkt at rear of crankcases with a single, larger pipe exiting the collector. Good move!!! :) You wouldn't happen to have a spare set of carb parts would you?? Ardon................... Fraid not Ardon...... :( I have a set from the spare bike, but they may be needed down the line - I need to keep everything for the time being.....at least until I rule out if a second complet...
