Coolant temp sender

Hi
I need a new temp sender unit thingy, found them on CMSNL but 70 euro's is taking the pee.

anyone know of an alternative that will fit ? or have a second hand one laying around

There will be an alternative for sure...The LC ones are common to Land Rovers IIRC and only a couple of quid Vs £30 from Yam..

Id be tempted to see if any car parts shop would let you have a riffle thru the senders they have on the shelf!

Actually that is the thermo switch for the fan. A useless item from new. Better to install a pull on/off switch for traffic.
