Replacement Fairings, Classic Race Replicas

Post by MBevans »

Just wanted to pass along my thoughts on the latest reproductions from Classic Race Replicas.

Ian's fairings are an excellent replacement for the OEM parts, and while being 2 peices, rather than 4 they fit up perfectly, and I'm sure once painted they will be, for the most part look just like the OEM parts.

I am going to restore my OEM fairings for shows, yet for the street I'd rather run a high quality fairing such as these......

Classic Race Replicas shipped these to me in the USA, quickly and without any issue.

Excellent value!!
Current
NS400R, Ducati ST4S, Aprilia RXV550
Past
TZ750 AMA #1 Sidecar (many years/many motors)
RD500LC for many rebuilds/miles/years, much more other stuff than can mention

Luggy, you know nothing.

Little Bloke, you're bike looks stunning despite being in the low power colours..

I've got a set of Ian's bodywork too. Fits fine, no problems what so ever.
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is.

I've just had to have a new mould made for the NS400R fairings as the other one had had it's day after producing around 100 fairings over the last 5 years.

The old mould was taken from an aftermarket fairing which was pretty good but the new mould has been taken directly from an original plastic fairing so is even better, the first two piece fairing's just been made and will be winging it's way to the States next week, if anyone needs one just let me know !

Cheers Ian
