Cold exhaust

I could use a little help. Cyl 1 runs cold, I just rebuilt the carbs.everthing seems to be correct. plenty of spark ( seems as if you hold the plug and wire the human body makes a good ground) I switched lead still happens. Bad rings, crank seal??? Anyone have any ideas.....

What do you mean by 'cold' ?

Have you looked under the left hand cover at the flywheel ?

take the plug out and look inside, see if you can find a hole, (bit down from sparkplug area)
gravity is an extreme painful thing !

Easier to take a compression test... :)
Torque over the whole register.
