For the commute it is quicker than the 'blade as it filters better. Just doesn't have the "fook me" acceleration.
I was thinking more along the lines of how did you get it across the channel :?

Did you have to fit a snorkel  :)
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is.

wow didnt the mbx thing start a conversation.mine was lovely brand new b reg and all my mates had rds and dts, got to be different. bit reckless as a lad though, that bike did teach a valuable stroker lesson. did you know you can show off trying to weelie a box standard legal 125 with crumpet looking on in awe , crash into the back of an escort van, pick up the remains of the bike and youre pride, push youre pride and joy back home with a broken wrist, leave your lid on to hide the obvious emotion behind, try to explain to youre mum why there is now a hole on the shoulder of three layers of clothes and still get a better bike out of it?????
garage claimed for genuine parts but we spent the money on lovely mods/upgrades yummie.
embarrassing crash= better bike ,simple.
youre 125 stories here please!!!!

Hmm. Glossop to Zurich on an 80! It would be bad enough on the 'blade...
