i live 20 miles from Assen, but wasn't there (even if i can get free tickets): The best days are wednesday, thursday and friday to meet people and to see a lot of motorcycles (not a lot of 2 strokes..., a shame!!): At the GP, more drunk people then cycle lovers who can't behave. I Like suberbikes better to watch at the circuit.

Tried to upload piccie, but it's tooo big...., sorry

And now:

Story of it: Asked on the dutch RD 350 forum what the weakest points of an Ns 400 were: A guy gave me a tip: Found a piccie of an Ducati scrambler and in the left corner was this bike. Stood ca 12 years on an "addic" and wouldn't run.
After letting the carbs been cleaned, new oil, cleaning the bike and drove it.

At the front, the tire must be changed. At the rear i have bridgestone, allready new.
The last owner sprayed the comstar white, i have the clean the front one (a hassle..) to haven them black again.

Very pretty.

As you are not far, how about Chimay in three weeks time ?

Lots of two strokes on site, and some dedicated races (eg. KH triples)

Chanel hopper,

sorry to say, but i can't: I have to work.
And it's not as near as i thought: 500 km's...., just for one day that'll be too much. Once drove 350 km's on a RD 350 R, behind a ducati. Wasn't the nicest ride of my life...

You are right, I had no idea it was quite so far from you.

Three days of racing though for anyone else, four nights of camping thing comes to just over E30 all in, with free firewood.

And of course the red, white and blue embibement.
