Post by MarkBevans »

Is there a cross reference for fork inner bushings? I got the outer’s. Yet having a challenge sourcing the inners.
Thanks all in advance for any help,
Cheers Mark

Thanks much, got everything else for the front end presently. Damn expensive rebuild of such a simple set of forks, lol!

This package of parts I got, the tubes were losing their chrome plating showing specs of rust and one tube was slightly bent. So new tubes, steering head bearings, springs, bushings and seals and clip-ons.

I’m going through everything on this basket case trying to make it as proper as possible. I’ve spent 15 years in the states racing motorcycles, retired now but wanting to restore this little jewel correctly so I never have to worry bout anything being half-assed on it. BTW, I have no thoughts of ever selling it :D

Which is why it is usually cheaper to get a good one than restore a basket case.
